i bought a Desktop Lasergravierer last week and it arrived pretty fast. i was a bit worried about shipping costs to germany but it turned out to be really reasonable, which was a nice surprise. the machine itself is great for my small projects, feels pretty solid. i did have a tiny hiccup with applying a Gutscheincode, it wasn't super clear where to put it at first, but i figured it out. overall, very happy with my monport laser.

I was looking for a Desktop Lasergravierer and saw Monport Laser had a sale. The price was really competitive, especially with a discount code I found. Paid 350 Euros less than I expected to. Felt like a solid purchase, definitely got my money's worth.
Decent, but room for improvement
I bought a small Faserlaser from Monport. The delivery was quicker than I thought, only took 7 days to get to Berlin. Packaging was robust, no complaints there. The machine itself is good for my small projects, very consistent results on metal. Customer service was okay when I had a question about the MOPA Faserlaser, they were polite but a bit slow on the email response. My main gripe is the software that came with it; it felt a little clunky. I ended up buying LightBurn separately, which made a huge difference. Good value overall for the machine itself, but they could improve the included software or at least offer a better basic option.
